The Spectrum Compact - LPDA Signal Hunting and Direction-Finding Kit pairs SAF Tehnika's handheld spectrum analyzer with a wideband LPDA antenna on a pistol grip handle -- ideal for scanning, identifying, and walking down a signal in the field. One person can identify and walk down a signal without any other gear. Point the antenna, read the RSSI on the analyzer's touchscreen, and move toward the maximum amplitude, and thus the source of the signal.
